By removing the entire clutch assembly, you get direct power transfer with zero slip (other than the differential), resulting in sharper throttle response and a more connected feel on high-grip tracks.

Weighing just 6.45g with a 72T spur installed (2.62g without spur), this is one of the lightest direct drive systems available.
